Henry (H.B.) Nickell,   President and CEO, Energy Analytics Corporation ,  was one of the earliest participants in the deregulation of the natural gas and electric industries. He is an experienced, results-oriented executive with a proven track record of success in implementing creative solutions to the deregulation of the energy industry.

Mr. Nickell's advice has been sought by many leaders in the deregulation of the Energy Industry, including senior executives of some of the largest companies in the world involved in E&P, Power Generation, gas and power marketing, electric and gas utilities, gas transmission, financial institutions, endowment funds, commodities exchanges, and European regulatory ministries.

For the past several years, Henry has managed the multi-billion dollar fuel supply portfolio and all fuel logistics and operations for FedEx Express, a division of Federal Express Corporation.

Prior to forming Energy Analytics, Nickell managed the gas deregulation efforts, the gas portfolio, risk management portfolio, the early electric deregulation efforts, the city gate gas transportation program, industrial customer relations and negotiations, regulatory affairs, least cost gas and electric portfolio planning, alternative energy evaluations, implementation of demand-side management programs, and generation evaluation and construction for Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Division, one of the largest three service utilities in the nation.

Nickell holds a bachelor of Science in Physics (Cum Laude) with Honors and a Masters of Science in Physics (Summa Cum Laude). Nickell's professional career began as an instructor in The Physics Department at Memphis State University, analyzing musical instrument acoustics using time average laser holoraphy. Nickell consulted in electromagnetic field theory for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and in acoustics at Tracor.
