Staff members of strategic partners have long-standing working relationships with the staff of Energy Analytics Corporation that help provide well rounded, properly staffed solutions for the largest and most complex customer energy problems. Strategic partners retain no equity interest in Energy Analytics Corporation. They do not exercise directorial control and accordingly accept no responsibility for the actions of Energy Analytics Corporation., its officers, employees, strategic partners, or subcontractors except on a contractal basis or as otherwise agreed when Energy Analytics Corporation or its employees act as subcontractors to a strategic partner. |
