John W. McArtor, Chief Executive Officer, Signet Assurance Company,
is an experienced senior executive in the corporate finance and risk arbitrage industries. Mr. McArtor is the senior executive of a leading provider of electronic transaction assurances. Through a unique combination of technology and financial warranties, Signet Assurance provides risk management products for E-Commerce. Previously, Mr. McArtor was CEO of an international merchant banking organization. In this role, his responsibilities included the creation and management of the company's capital market business, risk allocation models for client portfolio trading, and securing venture capital. During his long-term leadership of the firm's client portfolio, he generated results with net returns totaling more than thirty-eight percent annually. Mr. McArtor holds a B.A. in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. in Econometrics & Finance from Northwestern University. He received the Chicago Board of Trade Fellowship Award for his work in risk allocation management. |

Sanford (Sandy) B. Novick, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mississippi Valley Gas Company, is an experienced senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry.

Mr. Novick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Gas Association, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Gas Research Institute, American Public Gas Association, and the Tennessee Gas Association. Mr. Novick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Memphis State University. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of the Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. |
